Staff really helpful. I am a wheelchair user and found it easy to manager around the store. Staff could not of been more helpful or more considerate.

Friendly and competent staff member

Store Manager, Sandra Phelps, was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. She completely understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction, whilst still giving us the time to decide. All staff seemed cheerful, and nothing seemed to be to much trouble for them. Just waiting on our delivery now, and if that goes to plan, then we would have a good experience in purchasing a major life style item, a good mattress...

We had a very easy visit to Dreams and Karen was very helpful. We had an idea of what we wanted and Karen took us directly to that selection of mattresses. We had all the time we wanted to lie on the mattresses, there was no pressure. Tea & coffee was offered. We were able to make a decision quite quickly and are now very excited to receive our new mattress.

Was just looking to buy a more comfatable matress than we have the assistant was very helpful to us and we were shown the perfect matress that suited our needs and price range Emma couldn't do enought to help very very friendly and helpful. We will be recommend you to our friends and fAmily. Thank you Emma for a very pleasant experience

My wife is in a wheelchair and , spotting this, a staff member (Sandra Phelps) rushed to help us with the door , escorted us to, and helped us gain access to the toilets and then waited to assist us when we came out. Once we had stated our requirements, she very patiently and professionally took us through all the options, gave sound advice and allowed us to make what we consider to be a very good choice.

All in all we were really pleased with the service given in the Hereford branch. Chris was wonderful and very helpful. She described each bed as I shifted (Goldilocks style) from bed to bed and all her suggestions were great. I would highly recommend heading to Dreams to Family and Friends. Thanks Chris!
