Dreams - Hereford

The salesperson was on hand straight away to explain the colour coding system and then showed us the a few of the mattresses that we were intrested in, then left us alone (which was appreciated) to try and dicuss in private which mattress we found best. We narrowed it down to two mattresses, my wife asked if any of the two were on discontinued/clearance, one of them was so we made the decision to buy both and replace two of our beds matresses instead of one.

The Sales assistant (Sean) was really good, and showed a lot of enthusiasm and knowledge with the product. He really deserves a bonus and pay rise, and should be store manager, in hour view.

Purchased a new mattress from the branch in Hereford. The staff were very helpful with helping us choose and also with the sale.

Friendly and informative service. Coffee was good too.

I was helped by a very friendly member of staff, how knew what she was talking about an took the time to listen to what I wanted, after doing some research online an getting myself all confused with what I wanted, she was lovely, an made the whole experience worth going to the shop rather than buying online

On my arrival I was offered a tea or coffee.I was given a pillow to try out the beds with .After trying a few I found the silent night goldfinch a name I know Karen told me it was new & it’s advantageous I went home looked it up on the internet & went back next day to purchase it .It arrives on 15 February & I can not wait.

When I walked in the shop I never originally went into buy a bed. We was there because my mother wanted to buy a mattress... I am a 21 year old girl, who has just moved out on her own into a small bungalow. So I’m now buying the essentials, which on one wage can be hard but I’ve slowly done it, when I walked in the shop I was greeted not abruptly like in normal shops but Chris who was our sales women was great with timing when we had a little look around she knew just when to help. I was looking at a bed that caught my eye as soon as I walked in! (I was never planning to buy one!) I sat on it and immediately knew I needed it but was a bit undecided as it was a lot of money for me and I didn’t know if I could honestly justify spending that much. Chris sat down and showed me all the functions of the bed and really to be honest sold me the bed just by talking. She had great knowledge and was just a genuinely friendly character. Before I knew it I was trying mattresses (my poor mother!) I chose one and quickly signed all the paperwork! Can’t thank Chris enough as this was my first time buying a bed I thought it was going to be stressful! But Chris really made it so simple!
