The sales assistant gave us lots of information regarding the mattresses I was impressed with how much she knew and the detail she could give us.

We were warmly welcomed i the Hereford store by Karen. She was helpful and friendly advising us about our requirements. We were accompanied around, shown everything available with interest and knowledge and advised, not with a sales attitude, but helpful, friendly and most courteous manner. Karen understood our requirements exactly and shared our concerns to make the right decision. We normally avoid big stores because of pressure, "That's what you need, are you paying now, you won't do better than that?". Not with Karen. We actually enjoyed our time with Karen, not only did we find the right items, we felt we had made a friend and if things are not too busy will pop in again for two minutes just to say hello and next time go there first to replace our present bed.

Sales assistants were helpful and quickly got the measure of what we wanted. It was a quick, easy and satisfying visit!

Chris is very helpful. I didn’t wait at all and twice she offered my husband and myself hot drinks. She explained the difference between the mattres that I was trying. She even changed the pillow until I felt comfortable on the bed that I’m testing.

Chris was very pleasant and welcoming, listened to our requirements, introduced us to alternative products and had excellent knowledge of them, then let us try each one in our own time and once we had made a decision there was no delay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful without been overpowering the gave us time alone when we needed it.
