Karen was very helpful in helping us choose the correct mattress, she wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable about each mattress, we didn't feel rushed into making a decision and were treated with respect at all times .

2nd visit and sales assistant remembered us and also they style of what we were looking for, not at all pushy but very knowledgeable. Had plenty of time for us and did not make us feel we had to make a snap decision .

Karen took the time to find out what we already had and what we required this time. Very helpful.

We were greeted with a friendly hello and welcome to Dreams. Karen who showed us the mattress selection offered us a cup of coffee whilst we viewed the range. She was very informative of the range and was able to help us make a suitable choice.

If it wasn’t for Karen your dreams colleague we probably wouldn’t have purchased as we often find Dreams products costly and wait for sale periods however Karen was amazingly knowledgable, very obliging and we felt she went out of her way to ensure we received a great customer experience! She was genuinely interested in our needs whilst also interacting and finding out about us as customers! She is a credit to your team!

I came in with my 2 stepsons and partner. The older boy had surgery the other day. And we was only out as it got to a point my mattress was to hard for us. They understood his need and made sore he was comfortable. Also the understood my partner was very tired as not had a lot of sleep because of hospital ect. They looked after her so well and didn't even push for a sale. They made sore she had a drink and was relaxed. And help and suggested some ideas... unlike another place we was in just before. They called the boys brates.. where when we was in store with you, you said how well the boys were behaved. You treat us as a hole family. Listened to our problem with our mattress and help to find one to fit us without any pushing ect... what loving people in your Hereford store.

Very helpful and straightforward assistant. Phone customer service with query re delivery, it took a while to get through but then very helpful.

assistant Karen showed me several beds, explained the makeup of each, got me to try all rates of hardness for comfort.Certainly no hard sell,given coffee while i decided. Very relaxing throughout the deal.
