Dreams - Hereford

Chris was so helpful- beyond what I would expect from customer service. This is the first time my partner and I have ever visited a store (any bed and mattress store) and after this visit, we won’t be going anywhere else. Chris went through every possible option, listened to the issues I had with sleeping, made suggestions and did not rush us on our decision despite being at the very end of the day and the store was due to close. Her expertise was second to none, she knew all the facts- just reeled them off which made the experience easier. I was not pushed to pay more, I was encouraged to try many options. My partner and I are so happy with the level of service from Chris. We hope to see her again if we buy another bed.

The assistant was noy only efficient, but friendly and amusing, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. It was also interesting to observe the good and supportive relatioinship with the other member of staff. We got the impression that they both really enjoyed their job. They were a good advert for the shop.

Your sales person SEAN, although we were not the only customers in store that he was dealing with gave us all the time, attention & information we needed, he knew his products , was not at all "pushy" & went to great lengths to ensure we found the right product---10/10

Even though it was almost closing time I was approached by The assistant that served me. She greeted me with respect and in a kind manner which helped me communicate with her as I've PTSD and social anxiety difficulties. The assistant asked what I had I mind and so explained I was sleeping on sofa cushions on an old futon so a real bed would be nice. So we went through the size of mattered to the firmness then to the style of bed I would mostly like to delivery in between having banter on the way . Not once did she try to confuse me with jargon or show me anything I couldn't afford as my budget was £900 and I even got 8yrs cover and still walked away with change. The assistant did everything to ensure the right steps to take and explained things plainly and the date of delivery is my birthday it was meant to be.

Problem as for unexpected reason my hisband was declined credit by Barclays - Dreams staff did all she could to resolve this or find out why but reason given by Barclays not clear. Successfully dealt with by applying to digferent lender gor your interest credit but still baffled as to why high earner with no other debt nor mortgage was declined.

The lady who served us was great. Very helpful and knowledgable but without being pushy and she was great with the two small children that we had with us. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Would certainly go back.

Chris and her colleague from Hereford Dreams went out of their way to help us, nothing was too much trouble for them. Chris was very helpful, fully explaining about the comfort of the beds etc. We would definitely visit Dreams again if the need arised. Thank you so much Chris.

We were greated by a lovely lady who explained everything to us, she didn't pressure us at all, she was so helpful and listened to our needs, we expressed our concern regarding money as we are due to move in to our first home but she reassured us and found an alternative that was just as good and more cost effective for us.
