The team at Hereford, where outstanding we had never been to dreams before but we walked through and helped to find the perfect mattress and shown and explained all of the different options. I never felt we pushed or rushed at all any questions we had where answered we great knowledge.

Very helpful and friendly staff who treated my elderly mother with respect. Nothing was rushed and she was allowed to take her time in deciding which mattress was best for her. The test bed was amazing!

Store was well ventilated and maintained.

We purchased a Tempur mattress for my husband. We ended up coming out with Tempur pillows aswell. Sandra was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the product she was selling.
