Dreams - Hereford

Sandra in the Hereford branch assisted me throughout; she was courteous, informative and did not push me into a purchase. I started looking at divans as the bed was for a spare room, but ended up falling for the sleigh bed which was more expensive but at no time was I encouraged to purchase. She is a credit to your company - even offered me a cup of coffee - well done Dreams

Sandra came over quickly, understood our needs, made suggestions and dealt with our order in a friendly, professional and efficient manner

Salesperson was attentive and helpful. There was no sales pressure. Salesperson coped with other customers quickly and discretely without interfering with her attention to my enquiries.

I hadn't really gone into the store to make a purchase that day. However, the friendliness of the person who dealt with us enabled me to take time and realise the store I had what I was looking for - so why not just get on with it! It was the first time in a Dreams store.

It was just so easy to purchase a bed!! Straight into the store, Sandra who served me so helpful nothing a problem, all don and ordered in about 20 mins, best way to shop. spoke to all the other staff in Hereford, they were all friendly
