Karen was a polite and very helpful store assistant. Although she was on her own she made time to deal with 2 customers while ensuring we both felt valued.

The sales assistant was at all times friendly, courteous, knowlegable and interested in our task ie buying a new bed.

Our requirement was a sofabed for a small lounge with limited space. We didn't expect to find much choice in the bedding shops but the one on offer at Dreams, the Kelso, fitted the bill. On our first reckie visit, Chris was both knowledgeable and helpful, ditto her colleague Karen when we came in to buy it a couple of days later.

The Dreams colleague, Sean, was very warm and friendly. Within minutes of entering the store he approached me and said good morning and welcome to Dreams Hereford. His colleague also acknowledged me and offered me a drink. I felt that my custom was valued. Sean was very knowledgeable about the the beds and mattresses. He took plenty of time to explain the merits of the different products. whilst I was deciding which bed frame to choose he did not hurry me in the least nor did he out any pressure on or try to persuade me in any way. I really appreciated his patient and relaxed approach.

Karen was very helpful and friendly, we didn’t know what we wanted, but she explain different things to us, and we were able to make up our mind. We were offered coffee during our two visits. Found the whole experience pleasurable.

When entering a store like yours there is a sea of beds. Where does one start. The nightmare begins. Staff were promptly at my aid. Guided me thoroughly through the products available and enabled me to have the knowledge and understanding needed to make a purchase.
