We were served quickly and shown suitable products as soon as we explained what we required. The lady that served us was very helpful.

Karen was very attentive and patient. She listened to our needs and what we were looking for. We had our 2 daughters with us and they were very much included in the experience, also enjoying trying out the different beds and pillows. Could recommend enough.

Was listened to about what we were after shown our options in our price range and even offered coffee

Both people that I dealt with- Chris and Sean were extremely helpful, they did not try the hard sell and gave me time to think which meant I came back.They were very welcoming to my children which was a huge help. I went into / rival store who were no way as helpful or accommodating as Dreams were which is why I returned to Dreams to make my purchase.
