The lady that helped us picked out two mattresses that she thought would suit our needs and made the hole process very hassle free. I will definitely be going there again .

Went to dreams for a new mattress but we were unsure what we wanted. Went to the Dreams Hereford store and spoke to Chris. She took us round and let us try out a few until we were happy with the choice. Gave us good advice on longevity of products which is always useful

Friendly and helpful customer service and helped me work out a solution for my problem, which was needing a bed very soon and not being able to wait delivery time!

The staff were very informative and helpful, they made us a drink and made sure our young son was kept busy with colouring whilst they gave us a few beds to look at. It was late afternoon when we came in. The store was meant to shut at 4pm but they stayed to make sure we could order our beds.

Very friendly service. Time was spent discussing all options available. Allowed for time to think before commiting to buy. Excellant customer service tea and coffee made available. Did not feel presurised into buying. Knowledge of products impecable. Very warm welcome and introduction when entering the store.
