We visited the store twice. To ensure we chose the correct mattress. Both times we were greeted by Emma. Who made our experience very pleasurable. She had a lot of knowledge about the mattresses and also recommended pillows to accompany the mattress. She assisted with testing both items and offered a variety of styles. Comfort and prices. We didn't feel we were being pushed to buy more expensive products. Nothing was to much trouble for Emma. She was happy helpful and professional at all times. My husband and I have left very satisfied with our experience and purchase. Emma is a great asset to your team.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Chris was fantastic and gave us all the info we needed, and then gave us the space to make our decision.

I didn’t really go in with the intention of buying but I had an idea what I was looking for. I ended up buying the mattress I had in mind but the colleague who dealt with me was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and talked me through alternatives. Was very thorough with the pillows that I also bought. This was much appreciated as I’ve long struggled with finding decent pillows!

Karen in Hereford was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided me to a suitable bed according to my wishes. The friendly chat and the nice coffee were much appreciated.

Karen and Chris went beyond anything we expected, knowledge of beds, friendliness, welcome. Wish more businesses had the same quality of staff.

The staff member Emma was very friendly and welcoming and helpful in assisting us with finding the correct mattress. She also had a good sense of humour which takes the stress out of shopping.
