Excellent service and competence from assistant.

Assistant who served us (Chris) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, whist not pressurizing, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing.

The assistant was very good I was a little put off because there was no bed in the store to look at and see the quality of. This is in no way a detrement to how we were treated on our visit but a problem with a management decision. If you want a perfect score on these surveys give your staff all the equipment they need toachieve perfection. You expect me to comment on the quality of a product that I have had to order from a picture and will not see for a further 6-8 weeks get real

Sean was the salesman, he was excellent, didn’t crowd us, but helped when asked, he is a real credit to the company

Been and bought a bed two weeks before and mostly went according to plan.

The service delivered was informative, friendly and professional. We were given support and advice and left appropriately to try the mattresses. Ordering was simple and effective and I felt the store offered a range of prices.
