Dreams - Hereford

Sean at the Hereford location helped us like he would a friend. He wasn't pushy and understood our needs while being completely professional the entire time. We were not intending on buying that day but Sean helped us find what we were looking right away.

Karen spent time assessing the type of mattress we required then suggested alternatives to try. Made sure we had the correct pillow and spent time to narrow down our selection

Chris took all the time we needed to select the item we were looking for. Prior to that she had spent a lot of time on the phone to my friend discussing a purchase with her. My friend is demanding and Chris coped with it all.

On arriving in store we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The order was taken quickly and efficiently. The delivery date was a bit disappointing as it will be the 28.6.18 before we receive our new headboard.

The customer service was excellent. Chris was welcoming and helpful without being pushy. We quickly found what we were looking for and the payment process was very efficient.

Karen was very engaging and spoke directly to my daughter (13 year old) as the bed was for her. She was speaking to both of us, but directed specific questions to her which helped keep my daughter interested. The only disappointment was not being able to see the bed instore, but I appreciate you can't hold stock of every bed. I didn't mind ordering without seeing as I purchased my bed from you several years ago, and the quality is extremely high.

The staff were friendly, polite & knowledgeable, they offered refreshments (very nice cup of coffee), made us feel relaxed and laugh. The store was well laid out & tidy

I do not normally enjoy a retail experience because very often the assistants are very non responsive when asking for info/advice & you sometimes feel that when you request help it’s too much trouble . From the minute I stepped into the store in hereford I was allowed to peruse the merchandise & then approached by a very pleasant lady Emma . She asked the asked me the questions to find my needs ,with her excellent product knowledge, & communication skills she delivered the result this was Friday. Happy armed with info I returned on Saturday to make my purchase. All the staff I met that day seemed to be eager to assist well done to them all.

The colleague (Karen) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as when I told her my problems with my back she knew what mattresses were most suitable for me and spent as long as it took for me to try them out until I found one that felt wright. Only time will tell by spending night after night sleeping on it.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, efficient, not pushy and gave us time by ourselves to consider our purchase. She was very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
