Dreams - Hereford

Validation Code 094A011672. We were helped by the Dreams store Hereford Manager, Sandra to find a suitable bed. She displayed a great deal of expertise and knowledge and we were able to easily narrow down our choice of beds to one that we decided was hopefully going to be the best for us.

Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff

Emma was incredibly accommodating and helpful when we went into the Hereford store to purchase a new bed and mattress. Highly knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. All the colleagues in store were also lovely and helpful and even gave the children some colouring to do and made them laugh to help us keep them occupied! Highly recommend the Hereford branch, a lovely store with wonderful staff :)

I was dealt with promptly and efficiently by a courteous, knowledgeable assistant

Firstly I deliberately when on a quieter day. The assistant was extremely helpful and could spend a bit more time explaining the products to me. She was aware that I was in pain due to bad hip. She offered me a cup tea. She didn’t rush me in anyway which was great. Extremely nice and kind lady. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience

The member of staff had good knowledge of the product range and was able to concisely advise on any extras but without being pushy.

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable assistant. She guided me through the products and moved away to give me time to think about everything. I loved the fact that there was no pressure on me.
