I went to dreams in Hereford and Lucy was very friendly and helpful. She helped me choose and mattress and bed quickly and efficiently and I’m really pleased with how quickly the bed could be delivered.

Sandy e was fantastic really knowledgable and helpful and able to answer lots of questions l, we never felt pressured it was a great experience

The sales lady Emma was extremely helpful without being pushy, she listened to my needs and was extremely knowledgeable about the products she could offer me. It makes such a refreshing change to come across such excellent customer service. Thank you Emma.

The lady who helped us chose our mattress was an overall fantastic lady who offered us refreshments, she showed us a selection of mattresses and even let us test them out. Her mannerism was amazing and I felt really welcomed on the entrance and around the shop floor by her.

We were served by the store manager Sandra - she was amazing - knew her products - gave us the best advise and immediate attention - hugely impressed with her skills and customer service - in fact I’d say we had the best sales assistance from this woman that we’ve ever experienced!!
