Sales Manager Sandra came to help me. I explained my requirements, she asked questions to make sure that she understood exactly what I wanted then showed me the product which I finally bought. I was given a cup of coffee.

I went in looking for a small guest bed that I could take away as I had unexpected visitors. The lady could not have been any more helpful she showed me what she used which was a blow up bed at firs I thought no way the stigma attached to blow up beds no one in their right mind would buy one Then she showed me and explained that it was easy to use although doubtful I was desperate so I bought it OMG it’s fantastic I am so glad she knew the products well enough to suggest it to me

We went in looking to buy a mattress and came away purchasing one! The store assistant was very friendly and helped us find a mattress we both found comfortable!

Sales person very informative and friendly as well as offering us a cold drink as it was a very hot day when we visited.

The assistant, Karen, was very attentive, listened carefully to our views, talked us through the new automatic assessment bed and invited us to try all the beds selected by the assessment that fitted with our stated objectives. She then listened to our reactions to the various beds and, based on our comments, pointed us towards a different bed. We were grateful for her suggestion and so happy with it that we chose it. So full marks to Karen.

The staff member who dealt with me was very proffesional and spent time making sure I got the product I needed.
