From the moment I walked into the store I was dealt with in a friendly, professional manner. Karen (Validation code 094A011786) is an exemplary employee! She did not try to hard-sell me anything I didn't want, but she treated me as someone who clearly understood my own needs. She is very knowledgeable and directed me straight to what I wanted. I am hugely satisfied with the initial sales process. The mattress has just been delivered! Dreams kept me very well informed about my delivery via text, e-mail and telephone call, and were very prompt. The two gentlemen who brought the mattress to the house were polite and courteous. Overall, a highly satisfactory transaction - many thanks!

Karen in your Hereford store was extremely patient and very helpful during our visit. I changed my mind whilst choosing the correct bed and Karen dealt with this in a very patient manner. She seemed very knowledgable and I was pleased to hear that she has the same mattress as the one I have chosen

The beds that were set up to determine which type my partner & I were most compatible with was very good.

The customer service we received was amazing. We were very uncertain of what we wanted but the shop assistant stuck with us and helped us work things out. She also went above and beyond with our daughter, she was very interactive with her along with offering her paper and crayons.
