Karen was friendly and knowledgable and provided us with good advice and information She was very patient whilst we tried alternative mattresses and came to our decision

The staff were polite and friendly. Sandra allowed us time and did not pressure us. She had a very good knowledge and understanding and was very helpful. She listened to everything and did not forget which I appreciate a lot.

Visited store four times the day I placed and order the saleslady was always ready to help and even coped with my sense of hummer and made the whole experience very good explained the machine and took me to all the beds that recommended as well as some others and gave me plenty of time to try bed and there was no pressure

Karen was very courteous pleasant to talk to very knowledgeable about the different types of mattress in the store & was very patient with me has I'm a large man with back problems offered me a drink on a few occasions 5stars for Karen. Vary pleased with the service 5 stars.
