Dreams - Hereford

This was my second purchase from Dreams of Hereford to where we've recently moved. Very pleased with the sofa bed for occasional use bought first time and I'm sure I'll be delighted with the Tempur products purchased this time - already have the pillows; just waiting on the mattress which I sincerely hope will solve my sleep problem. Our advisor, Chris, was extremely helpful and efficient and we were given a better deal than through Tempur themselves. Plus we had a free drink in-store! A very pleasant experience shopping there. Assistant came over very quickly had very good knowledge of the products very impressed

When we entered the store we were asked if we needed assistance and we were offered a drink. Whe we said we were just looking the assistant left us alone but made it clear that she was available if we needed her. When we did need information she was on hand to advise.When we later returned to place the order they made the process very easy.

Great friendly safe ! clear in what we are having ! Shame you never had the Stock to take home but you sorted a deliverly out

Your team member was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful in offering us to test the machine in choosing the bed. We even had a cup of tea made for us by the manager.

Sales team were helpful and allowed me time to browse the store and were not on my every move. I was able to find what I was looking for with the help of the manager
