Our enquiry was efficiently and professionally dealt with and we were happy to order as the goods were within our price range. The option of interest credit was useful and the delivery date was good. We were offered various options such as insurance but without pressure to take them. A very satisfactory in store experience and we hope the goods will match the quality of the sales process.

Chris was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We hadn't gone in expecting to make a purchase but she gave us just the right level of support to help us make a decision with confidence. Chris had an extremely professional approach and knew when / how to gently reassure whilst giving us enough space to make our own minds up. The sleep match service was also very informative - and fun!

Karen the assistant who helped us was extremely helpful with everything. She was very friendly and very informative about all the products.

We went into the store to look for a new mattress. After looking around we saw a complete bed that really took our eye, so now we have a great looking bed on it's way. No problems and all the paperwork completed really quickly.

The sales lady was excellent, listened to my needs, showed me options and was very knowledgeable. She also sold me some Sealy posturepedic pillows as I explained I had a pain condition. She explained that the pillows would help with that. We were also offered a cup of tea which was an added bonus. She wasn't pushy and didn't rush me, gave me some private time to discuss my options with my mum. Overall a pleasent, easy shopping experience.

We were highly satisfied with our purchase/visit. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite and most importantly non-intrusive. They were ready and able to answer our questions without being "pushy". We were even offered a cup of tea. Admittedly ours was not an enormous sale but we were made to feel that we mattered.
