Very helpful staff no pressure sales person,s. All in all a very pleased with the service provided.

Fast service, Friendly, extremely pleasant and polite assistant, whilst remaining very professional, overall a very good experience and will be shopping here again for a bed/matress should the need arise.

The lady who served us on the Sunday instore was amazing!

The staff were very helpful and not pushy like other shops. We had an idea of what we wanted and they helped by explaining the different types of mattresses that were right for us. We also did not feel pressured into buying anything if we weren't happy.

The staff were friendly, seemed to know what they were talking about. We were given a cup of tea. We didn't feel unduly pressured by staff especially when we first entered the shop which allowed us to look around at our own pace.

visited the store on 16/08/2018 and served by Karen who was extremely helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable, listened to all my requirements and even though i said i would come back with my husband for the final decision she still continued to help me knowing that i wasn't going to purchase there and then, which i really appreciated, returned today (with hubby) 17/08/2018 and was served by Sandra, who again gave exceptional service and a coffee, found my info in the file from the previous day and picked up where we left off, was able to advise further and found us exactly what we wanted so was able to make my purchase.

The approach by Sandra at the Hereford branch was caring, sensitive, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a cuppa whilst deciding which was the best option, and no pressure to choose a specific bed. Thank you Sandra !

Karen the dreams employee was so helpful and friendly - we went to the store late one night mid week so we had the shop to ourselves we felt relaxed and not pushed into a purchase. Karen went the extra mile for us ensuring that we were able to try all the mattresses we needed to to ensure we made the right purchase

The lady that came to assist me was very well informed on the produced I required ,and was very very helpful , made my visit very comfortable

Came in asking for a particular item and Karen was able to tell me everything I needed to know, and through her help and knowledge I also bought a matching bed side table which I didn’t know was available. Through the ordering process she offered tea or coffee and was a lovely person to have guide us in our purchases at dreams.
