The entire experience was quick, well managed and efficient. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Have used Dreams before and will continue to do so.

The member of staff ( think she was called Karen , have mislaid her card but she previously worked for Lloyds Bank)at your Hereford store was excellent, knowledgeable very helpful we could not have experienced a better service

The lady that assisted us was called Emma and she went out of her way to help. Made more enjoyable with a very nice cup of tea and the overall Friendliness of all the staff in the store. Great with the kids too as they were a little Highly strung! Actually a very enjoyable experience!

Chris who dealt with us was very efficient and had a good product knowledge. In addition she was welcoming and very personable.

Karen the store assistant was incredibly helpful and guided us through the whole process. We tried loads of beds and mattresses and in the end she got us an amazing deal on what we wanted. We even got cups of tea whilst we were doing our finance application which was lovely. Overall a very relaxed experience and a huge thankyou to Karen for helping us choose our first bed as a couple!
