Very knowledgeable, polite sakes staff who listened to our needs.

Pleased with the knowledge of the sales assistance and her helpful manner explained well with detail of the beds and this made it easy to choose the bed we where looking for.

The moment we walked into the store we were met by 2 smiling faces. We felt like our custom was welcome, unlike some stores where you feel like you're interupting the staffs conversations with each other and your presence isn't wanted. Both Sandra and Chris were helpful. Sandra introduced us to the new technology and then pointed out the beds recommended. Chris kindly made us drinks. Overall our visit was enjoyable.

Karen was very helpful as soon as we entered the store. She had a friendly disposition and answered al queries that we had.

I have previously bought beds at this store and have been completely satisfied with the process. The staff were very helpful and friendly whilst offering a very professional service.

I have back problems so choosing the right bed for me was very important. With the amazing help of the assistant and the bed machine that measures how your body fits into a mattress it couldn't of been easier. Armed with a printout of suggested mattresses it didn't take long to find the one for me.Much better than trying just about every mattress in the shop. Even though I feel I've found my perfect mattress it's great to think for any reason I have problems i can exchange it within 30 to 40 days from the delivery.

Sandra was outstanding. We had a very quick turnaround to get a mattress for a guest bedroom and were quoted at 21 days before delivery at Carpet right/ sleep right. We should have come to Dreams first because as soon as we walked in, Sandra was on hand to advise and find us a great priced mattress / great quality that was available within the week! We even got free pillows, cover and sleep tracker. Thanks
