Dreams - Hereford

This was our third visit to the store since 2013, the sales assistant Chris recognised us from former visits and was able to identify what we needed immediately. After trying out the product we placed our order and it was done quickly & efficiently. We were offered a cup of coffee which made us feel like valued customers. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout and we would not hesitate in recommending the store to friends & family. We will be refurbishing several bedrooms next year and plan to visit the store to buy the beds. A very satisfying visit.

We were very grateful to Chris for her help. Despite it being very near the end of the day for the store (perhaps 30mins left!!) she was very friendly and helpful, helping us to use the 'mattress selector' machine, equipping us with appropriate test pillows, then showing us all of the recommended mattresses, plus others that were more in our budget. She was very sympathetic to our budget requirements, and took us over to the reduced section where, would you believe it, they had one of our favourite mattresses reduced to bring it into our budget!!! really felt she had shown us everything suitable in the store, and encouraged us to lie down to test each one. We were very surprised to find how quickly they could deliver our new mattress. looking forward to our new mattress arriving. Chris really was a very helpful person with a really nice manner towards helping us find the right mattress for us. Thankyou Chris!

We were approached, not pounced on, in a friendly yet professional manner. Our requirements were listened to and understood and we were guided to a number of options. We were given time to consider the options and our queries were answered confidently and knowledgably. We were given prices and contact details and allowed to leave without being pressured. When we returned a few days later (after comparing products and prices on the internet) we were met by the sales consultant with a warm, non-expectant greeting. She showed great patience in demonstrating our choice for a second time and again, allowed us some time (with a really good cup of coffee) and space to consider and feel confident in our final choice.

Ben Ward was very friendly and professional. For someone who was new to the team he understood the products on offer and was able to help us in choosing the right items. He was excellent.

Sandra was very understanding of my needs and lovely and chatty.

Although we were quickly approached when we entered the store by Sandra we did not feel pressurised. Sandra was new to the store but she obtained all the necessary info from her Line Manager who was knowlegeable and was even aware of the limitations when I told them I had Parkinsons. PS. The coffee was a good idea.

The staff very friendly and helpful

from the moment i entered the shop the assistance i got was wonderful. i was shown every thing i wanted to know about the memory mattress i needed. i was enthralled with the bed i laid on because it measured and calculated my body weight and posture for the correct mattress i needed for the perfect peaceful nights sleep. if this mattress is as good as,i will be coming to the shop to buy one for my wife.

The lady that helped us was efficient and helpful. She knew what products you had in store and after consulting with us on our requirements, pointed us to the beds that most suited our needs. She left us alone to try the beds and decide on the one we preferred, but she was always at hand to answer questions. She also made us a cup of coffee and made us feel very welcome in the store

Sandra was very helpful and wasn’t too full on when we walked into the store. She gave us chance to look around and decide what we wanted then helped us with her excellent product knowledge when we needed it. She helped us chose bed and was happy to show us other products too that would compliment the bed but wasn’t forceful with her sales technices.
