I received the most excellent customer service. Chris assisted us and went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible when shopping with 2 young children.

The assistant was very friendly and put us at ease she explained she was new her name was Sandy, her knowledge was very good considering being new to the role but it was her friendly personality that brought us back to the shop .The manager Sandy was also again very pleasant and helpful she mentored the new assistant and other assistant Ben remaining both pleasant and patient . The whole experience was very pleasant and I would happily recommend to friends and family . The price was comparable with another local bed store however it was the pleasant nature and the way we felt at ease without being patronised that made us choose dreams.

Staff was very friendly and offered a hot drink and helped us to pick out our new bed and mattress that suited our budget.

Chris was very helpful. She showed me round the store and explained my different options. I tried all the mattresses and did not feel rushed or pressured. She was also nice to my kids. A very quick and efficient service. Only thing is, I did not get to use the fancy machine as someone else was using it. I had made an appointment so this should have been reserved for me.

The sales assistant Sandra was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made us feel valued as a customer.

The sales assistant was very helpful. She listened to what we needed and explained what would best suit our needs. She lead us to several beds giving us plenty of time to try them. I was offered a coffee which was lovely. We spent quite a while lying on our favourite mattress just to make sure it was the correct choice and we were left in peace, with no pressure whilst doing this. We then had a discussion over finance options before making our final decision. The sales assistant was polite and courteous at all times and there was no pressure to make a sale. I have purchased from this store before, which is why I returned. Whilst making the purchase I was offered another coffee. Buying process, with finance was clearly explained throughout with a quick delivery date to suit us.

Chris in Hereford was most helpful. We had purchased from Dreams 9yrs ago and wanted a similar mattress.

The chap that served us was obviously new as a lady was running through some things with him, but his manner was excellent, he knew the product that we were after and talked it through with us advising us of the different options available. He dealt with the paperwork well and went through the delivery with us. He then ran through some new products that the store had introduced.

Was talked through all the mattresses they had to offer and explained which ones would be better for me also felt at ease and no pressure

Was seen to very quickly. Took time to choose the right bed. Very helpful assistance.
