Friendly staff, great knowledge of product so very happy.

Emily at Hereford store was my assistant. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I was shown all the suitable options for both bedstead and mattress. I even bought a duvet and pillow, so the whole shooting match! We discovered that we both like cats, so there was much discussion as to where exactly one ends up sleeping on the bed after the cats have settled down.

The woman(Sandra P) who dealt with us was clearly very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and was a great help in our choice of mattress whilst also a great help with our kids. All in all very helpful, knowledgeable, competent and a very welcoming manner. Also the store was well laid out, clean and tidy.

the lady who served us, Sandy E. was very helpful and we felt we had a very good deal and we got a cup of tea!

The service was excellent, the assistant listened to our needs and adapted her selling strategies to meet these. The clever bed found us matresses that met our needs.

Sandra P has excellent product knowledge and quickly gave us lots of options and the time to decide what suited us best.

Great staff, friendly and helpful, just the right amoubt, not pushy at all (in some other branded stores they can be too pushy). It was great to see the mattress structure models. We liked trying the different types of mattress. Nice to have the cup of tea/coffee offered. Great quality products, love the fact it’s open on Sunday too

Very helpful staff lots of time spend showing and explaining options available

I had specific requirements such as lightness of mattress as I have arthritis in my hands and it is difficult for me to lift it and I didn't want a firm mattress as I have a preference for a soft one. The assistant was able to narrow down the choices and find easily one that was suitable for me now and in the future.
