We were served by a very knowledgeable assistant. She was friendly and interested in our needs. There was a large variety of the products for us to choose from and we were given the opportunity to test them for comfort.

We were welcomed by Emma from the start, she was informative and not pushy it felt like she was supporting us to find the bed of our dreams. She had a great personable approach, focused on what we were looking for and provided us with confidence in the product and the company. We enjoyed our visit so much so that our family were in looking at beds the next day after our rave reviews. Can not thank her enough.

We visited the store to look for a new mattress and were immediately greeted by an assistant who took us to the bed which tested for our needs and then very patiently showed us different mattresses which matched our criteria. She was not pushy and explained different aspects to us and eventually we made a purchase.

It was mainly due to the fantastic service given by Chris (female) at the Hereford store. We were not completely sure what we wanted when we went into the store but Chris's advice and guidance meant we exited the store being completely happy and content. It was early on a cold, crisp Saturday morning and the offer of a free hot coffee was a lovely touch.

Sandy E was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful and non pushy. While, at the outset, I made it clear that It was an exploratory visit and I would not be placing an order that day, following the help and advice I received, and having driven some miles to consider alternatives, I returned and made a purchase. I consider myself (proudly) impossible to sell to, but the help and advice that Sandy gave me, and her honesty and professionalism led me to place my order on the second visit that day. I felt that I had less been sold to, and more been professionally advised and guided. Fantastic!

Welcomed immediately by a friendly, knowledgeable young man who helped us find what we were looking for. He offered us a drink and dealt with our purchase in a professional but friendly manner.
