Friendly staff that took time to explain products and ensured we got what we needed.

As soon as we entered the store, an assistant , namely Emma came over to us and asked if we required any help or advice, which we did. Emma advised us of the colour coding and which type of mattress were we thinking about. Before a final decision was made, Emma got the type of pillows we use, so we could try on the mattress. Emma also offered us refreshments during our visit

Sandy was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick with our order. We are very pleased with the frame, mattress and pillows that we purchased and are happy that it can be delivered on a Saturday and all rubbish taken away.

We went in to look for a new mattress. The sales advisor was polite, courteous and listened to everything we had to say. As we have got a problem with the bed that we bought 3 years ago, we explained all this to Sandra and she was very reassuring that the after sales people would be able to deal with our problem. If Sandra hadn't have been so assuring, we probably wouldn't have bought the mattress there and then.

The service was as good as it could be. The assistant showed us the right products so we could make an informed choice - and she was very personable.

On entering the Store we were warmly welcomed and offered help when required. The Sales lady was very knowledgeable and professional and gave us good advice and help throughout the process of buying a decent bed and mattress.
