Dreams - Hereford

Sandy E at Hereford was very efficient, and helped us make the right choice of bed.

We were directed straight to to sleep match bed as we weren't 100% sure what we wanted. This narrowed down our search dramatically thus saving us a lot of time wondering around and trying lots of mattresses that wouldn't have been suitable for us. Very clever piece of equipment and worked really well for us.

Tried to order this mattress originally through your Gloucester Shop but after several phone calls which all went to ansaphone rang Hereford Shop and spoke to Sandra and she was excellent.

I found my visit to the dreams store in Hereford to be very plesent. A staff member came over and gave us a very friendly greeting, she then listened to what we wanted and showed us around different items. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and approachable. The store was very clean and bright.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful, offering a seat & tea or coffee while we discussed my needs. Showed various beds, but just felt the NaturesFinest 6500 DNAir was the bed for me. All paperwork come through on e mail before I arrived
