The knowledge and service was great, very helpful, Hereford is a very clean and has very friendly staff.

The store manager, Sandra P was very helpful. I’d done some research on line and the store had what I’d seen. It was very helpful to be able to try the sofa bed I wanted. Sandra was effective, friendly and efficient. We both got cups of tea and had a nice chat about all sorts while Sandra was doing the paper work. I would definitely use Dreams again as they’re always friendly and helpful.

The store was welcoming. The staff were very courteous ,welcomingus into the store but giving us space to look around on our own. We were always aware that help was nearby should we need it and when finalising our choice our assistant was very knowledgeable

Sandra had very good knowledge of all the Dreams products and could therefore match up our requirements to specific Dreams products that would met our individual needs.
