All the staff where absolutely lovely and a great help, would deffinetly recommend going to the Hereford store for all things bed related

The assistant, Lucy, in the Hereford branch was very well-informed, efficient, empathic and patient.

The lady that served me & my husband, Sandra at Hereford store was very very helpful & very patient with me husband who is not in the best health & is very slow at getting about. We were very impressed with Sandra with her patience & kindness.

We called in at near end of the day and they gave us plenty of time to choose our bed and mattress. We where there well over closing time but we never felt rushed at all . Also the staff were very helpful entertaining the children and believe me that can be very difficult with our children so BIG thumbs up to that ..

Technology was v good, precise identification of mattresses, with various cost options.
