Quick, Easy, Friendly, Chris was great and not pushy.

we were so satisfied because we were immediately helped by Sophie who took the time to really establish what our needs were we went on a machine which explained which type of mattress was the most suitable for us and she showed a range that fitted into that criteria which made it so easy for us to decide, she was so friendly even giving us a cup of coffee. we left feeling highly satisfied

We were greeted within a few minutes of being in the store. Very helpful friendly staff. The bed my son wanted was not on show in store but she showed him on the screen. Everything explained.

The sales assistant was very helpful. We later learnt she was relatively new but had already developed good product knowledge. During our visit she was very attentive, answered all our questions, and if she didn't know she found kit the information quickly. Prices relative to other stores were comparable.

Looked at what I liked and then was given very good advise about the bed frame I was looking at but was not put under any pressure to perchase at all.very friendly even had a coffee while I was ordering and arranging a delivery day.sandra p at Hereford store was very friendly and professional thank you to Sandra.
