The experience shown by the member of staff was greatly appreciated as we where not sure what we wanted but with her help we where shown a number of options that would be suitable for our needs

I have sprcific needs due to severe arthritis and the store assitants were very helpful in putting together a frame/mattress combination.

My wife and I are moving into our first home. We really wanted to treat ourselves to a King-size bed but found it hard to find a good quality bed at the right price on second-hand sites like Facebook Marketplace. We were really lucky to find a new one in Dreams, Hereford, that looks great and is the right price. The staff were also fantastic - they welcomed us when we entered and helped us to identify the perfect bed frame for us.

Sandy, the Sales Assistant, was exceĺlent in every way. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

we were met by Sandra who introduced herself with a smile making my husband and i feel we were in good hands. her knowledge was very good we tried several beds and she showed us the bed that we purchased. i was impressed how all the staff worked closely together and being offered a coffee was refreshing. i would be happy to recommend Dreams Beds

Visited the store for just a look around. With the help of the very knowledgeable member of staff found an amazing deal on a complete mattress and bed so decided to buy there and then. No hassle, no pressure sell. Just friendly advice and service.
