The store was very clean and tidy, when my daughter and I entered we were greeted and told that someone would be with us shortly. there was only two assistants on the shop floor so i felt a bit rushed to make a decision. We saw two beds that we likes and came back the next day after we considered it because we didn't want to be pressure in the shop. after we were being seen to the ladies offered us a drink and a seat and everyone was polite and less stressed the next day.

Quick easy friendly service.

Friendly staff, answered all of our questions and helped us to choose without being too pushy with a rehearsed sales pitch. We left ordering exactly what we wanted and for a good price. This is our second purchase with dreams after getting our last bed and mattress 8 years ago and we would definitely return.

Quick easy to complete no hassle friendly staff

Dreams fully understood what I was looking for and helped me throughout explaining in detail the quality of the mattress and what would be best for my needs. Everyone was very helpful and it was completely stress free.

Christine was real friendly and even helped with our kids so we could have a good look around. Product looks great so can't wait for to be delivered. :-)
