The lady who served me was friendly and knowledgeable. She was not pushy and let me decide at my own pace. I thought there was a good selection of beds which were of good quality and reasonably priced.

All the staff we spoke with were friendly, helpful and efficient and prepared to spend time with us. We appreciated being offered coffee and were shown everything we requested.

We were impressed by the friendly approach by all the staff we encountered and the efforts they made to help us. We were mainly served by Sandy E who answered all our questions and ensured that we saw all the items we asked about. We were not pressured or hurried and much appreciated the cup of coffee which we were able to drink while we tested the various mattresses and pillows.

We've used Dreams for our beds for years and have always been pleased. The store in Hereford was great and the assistant, Chris, was very friendly but not at all pushy.

We were not looking forward to buying a new mattress and thought it would be very confusing and stressful however thanks to Emma the whole experience was painless. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and Emma looked after us. We were impressed with her personable yet professional manner and extensive product knowledge. We didn't really know what we wanted but Emma narrowed down our search so it was actually very easy to make an informed decision. The whole process was quick and stress free, we didn't feel at all rushed or pressured. Overall a really food shopping experience and great customer service.
