Quick and polite service..

Very helpful staff who explained everything clearly. Friendly attitude but not bothering us or pestering us as experienced in some stores.

The attention I was offered and the efficiency of the staff member who served me was excellent.

From the minute we walked into your store we were beautifully looked after. All our questions were answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble for your staff. We were even given an excellent cup of tea. We've never had that before! We shall certainly be visiting your store again if we require anything else. It was an absolute pleasure for my husband and myself. Sandy was the most helpful person that we've ever met when shopping.

We were, I believe given, all the information about the products in which we were interested and which were appropriate to our needs. In that, I think the salesperson did all that was required of her in order to achieve a sale. At no time did we feel overburdened by the salesperson, or felt obliged or coerced into making a purchase. The salesperson throughout listened to our needs and within the boundaries of that available and appropriate to us, responded.

A daunting experience made easy with the help of very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the bed machine. The last time I bought a mattress a cloud was just a thing in the sky! The machine selected the best mattress for both our needs, all we then needed to do was choose the one we liked. The sales staff, Sandra and Sophie, gave us all the time we needed, answered questions, and we trusted their expertise.

The sales assistant was friendly, courtious,helpful and professional at all times.

I entered the store and was greeted by Sandy. E. Sandy asked if I would like assistance, I said no as I was just browsing for a bed for my daughter. Sandy offered me a cup of tea while I browsed, I took her up on this offer (lovely cup of tea). On browsing I came across just what I was looking for. Sandy came to my assistance and it was ordered and paid for and waiting on delivery for Friday. I have one happy little lady thank you!!

I was met immediately by a friendly and knowledgeable assistant, Emma, who guided me to the range of mattresses I was looking for. Time was taken to help me make my choice and I even enjoyed a coffee whilst I was testing the mattresses!

Sophie was just 3 weeks into her employment with Dreams but was very professional and knowledgeable. She took us to the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced, although it was not the most expensive by far. We were not looking for a second bed as we had already bought one elsewhere but we were so impressed that we stretched our budget. Thank you Sophie.
