Sandy was great, chatty, not pushy and understood that this was only for a guest bed so no expensive mattress required. Will be returning to purchase a single for my daughter at university.

Sandra P could not have been more helpful with assisting us choosing our matress. Her product knowledge was detailed and she was able to find exactly what we were looking for.

Emma the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. (Store Hereford) We had a budget and need advise on mattresses, we had an idea of what we wanted.

Sophie helped us as much as possible. We didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted and she took all the time we needed to explain everything in great detail and the prices she came up with where cheaper than expected. She was willing to get into an Ottoman to prove how much space they can hold.

We were looked after by the store manager who was very friendly an very much on the ball when it came down to our needs with great suggestions and showing us our options.

A great experience. Polite & professional member o9f staff. Sandra P. explained all aspects of the difference in mattresses. Allowed me time to quietly look and try mattresses on my own as well as talking through and answering my questions. Very good!!

We entered the store just to browse and were under no pressure to purchase. Having outlined what we may be looking for we were given full demonstrations of the options, still without any pressure to buy, but decided to go ahead with a purchase
