Staff were good but no stock and 2 weeks these days isn't

Friendly sales assistant, she was really helpful and quick in doing the order.

The 2 ladies who assisted me (Sandra E and Sandra P) were superb. They listened carefully to me, helped generously, didn't rush or pester, didn't pressurise but made sure I knew what I needed to in order to make a good decisions, etc. I couldn't have been happier with the service they offered.

The sales assistant was very attentive to our needs and very good at her job

The Assistant who helped us was polite and very competent. We were given lots of information about the various products.

The store assistant, Sophie, took time to understand what we were looking for and showed us multiple options to suit our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses, and answered all of our questions with ease. Having been to a different bed shop earlier in the day and walking away more confused, it was a breath of fresh air coming to Dreams.

We were shown all the options and given the opportunity to try out the beds for comfort. There was no pressure to purchase.

The 3 lady assistance could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or friendly. A very enjoyable experience.

We appreciated the Dreams computer matching system for mattresses, as we both have back problems. This saved time, and the member of staff who served us explained how the mattresses selected could benefit us. The member of staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. She spent enough time with us to give us the information we needed and to offer help, but she also gave us time alone in order for us to try the mattresses out and make a decision without feeling under any pressure.

I could not fault service and received more help than I was expecting.
