Welcomed into the store, assistance was given exactly when we needed it. We were shown various items relating to our requirements. The necessary advice and help was provided and all our questions were answered. The knowledge of our sales person gave us confidence and the necessary information to make our purchase.

We were assisted by Sandra P and she was very helpful and professional. We were very unsure of matters type we required to support my Husbands bad back but Sandra was able to show us some options and we found one that was perfect. I loved the pillows and we ended up getting them, we had a laugh carrying them around the store to try on other mattresses. Sandra was knowledgeable about the products she was selling which helped us with making a decision.

Assistant Emma was brilliant. Very helpful friendly, chatty full of beans, had lots of laughs with her. While we completed our order for a lovely bed for my grandsons birthday. The cabin bed he choose is perfect for him. He is 8 and all he wanted for his birthday was a new bed with drawers and desk so he can build lots of lego models. This was just perfect for him, and is very excited and can't wait for it to be delivered So you have a very satisfied and probably one of your youngest customers. Thank you .

The customer service was very friendly and organised. Within 2 minutes of being in store, someone was up to provide assistance. They understood exactly what I wanted and were very patient.
