Very helpful and friendly staff, couldn't have been better.

Sandra welcomed us into the store and we were offered tea or coffee and we chose a glass of water which was served immediately. We could see the bed we liked best quite quickly, and Sandra explained its features very well, then she walked us around the store explaining the different mattresses, so we were well informed before we selected one. We also bought some accessories when Sandra asked us about mattress protectors etc. All in all a pleasant and businesslike transaction.

We were extremely impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism from Chris at the Hereford branch. We were amazed that we could be matched with the exact mattress, which suited our body shape and sleep preference. We didn't feel rushed at all when trying to choose our perfect mattress. We will be recommending Dreams to our family and friends, and we will be purchasing future products from Dreams. Looking forward to our delivery now.
