On arrival we were approached by a member of staff with great knowledge. They then took us to the bed technology which we thought was excellent. Really pleased with customer service and the products we bought. I would highly recommend.

Efficient

Emma who served us was very efficient and very familiar with all the products which you sell. She was polite and courtius throughout our visit and nothing was too much trouble. If sometime in the future we need to purchase bedding products we will certainly bear your store in mind. We will also have no hesitation in recommending your store to family and friends.

Service and knowledge of Staff Sandra P was excellent

The service was excellent, I was even offered a hot drink. I had been to a few stores before this one and they were not a patch on Dreams, I could not fault the service at all.
