Chris was very helpful from the moment we walked through the door, gave us the time we needed to discuss the items and gave us clear precise information when asked questions. A good sense of humour and polite interaction from staff members always gives a feel good factor.

Efficient

Emma who served us was very efficient and very familiar with all the products which you sell. She was polite and courtius throughout our visit and nothing was too much trouble. If sometime in the future we need to purchase bedding products we will certainly bear your store in mind. We will also have no hesitation in recommending your store to family and friends.

Service and knowledge of Staff Sandra P was excellent

The service was excellent, I was even offered a hot drink. I had been to a few stores before this one and they were not a patch on Dreams, I could not fault the service at all.
