From entering the shop to leaving was given full assistance in making the right purchase, in a friendly and non pressured manner.

We entered the store quite close to closing time and we were welcomed in with no issues. The sales staff took their time with us and ensured we were looked after with bottled water and high attention to detail with a great knowledge of the product and our needs.

The assistants were very knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard to find a suitable item for our requirements.

Emma was very very helpful, both my wife and I were given protection when told to test the mattress before purchase , Emma made our hole experience a pleasure, after purchasing she explained the hole process of delivery, dates , times and what to expect on the delivery date, thanks again Emma well done .

Staff were very helpful for our budget, at the same time as unloading a delivery, making sure we were able to call them if required

I was a first time buyer at the store and was received warmly from the door while wandering at the doorway. Emma was patient with my partner and I, taking us through the physiology behind using appropriate bed. We were allowed time to discuss our options and made great decision by losing appetite to try another store but go for it, there and then. Payment options were satisfactory and delivery was immediately sorted. My dreams have changed for good, so as my wife’s.
