Dreams - Hereford

The store assistant Chris (Hereford) quickly came to assist me and helped me through the whole process. I wasn't kept waiting for any time. Chris was very informative and I found the technology (lying on the bed whilst listening to the presentation) both interesting and helpful. It meant that I didn't have to wander round the store trying very mattress. I also like the fact that my old mattress will be taken away and recycled. All round a very good experience

Sandy e was excellent in knowledge and asking re health problems to get the correct mattress for my self. There was no pressure but I was given a choice of products after "computer test on what sort of mattress suited my self. It was a Dream experience and I am looking forward of the delivery of mattress I ended up buying other bits for the new mattress but the treat of the old being picked up with out the hassle of getting council or someone to do was the added bonus. I would recommend any one to go to you first

The assistant Christine was excellent giving us all the information we needed and leaving us time to decide for ourselves, she was very very good indeed.

Excellent service from Sandy In Hereford Dreams Store. We were only looking for a new bed and told Sandy that at any time if my phone went I would have to leave due to a family member having an operation , she was polite and said if you phone rings I will walk away to leave you to take the call . Now I am not one for answering a mobile while being served I think its rude but on this occasion it was necessary but was not needed and Sandy talked us through our options and made sure we where happy with our purchase . At NO time was she pushing a sale but happy to answer our questions and I felt she was old school and could conduct herself in manor that is lacking today sadly when you are looking to purchase an item . Both members of Dreams Staff was smart clean and approachable. Although it was a browsing exercise that day which ended up a purchase I never once felt she was pushing us it was a lovely experience and I would be happy to highly recommend the store and staff . Can't wait for my new bed so I too can sleep like a log !!

Staff were very good

Our assistant, Christine, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. She gave us plenty of time to assess the options, which were recommended on the basis of our spell on the test bed.

Down to the member of staff looking after me. Sandy E was attentive, informal, extremely professional and understood my health implications and reasoning for needing a new mattress.
