Good choice of beds. Sandra P who served us was very friendly and had excellent knowledge of the products. She took the time to show us a wide range that suited our needs and did not rush us.

The sales person was very informative, polite and very professional. Nothing was to much trouble.

Initial impression of the store on entry. Open/clean-looking and bright. Plus friendly and courteous help from the sales people.

We were given attention from entering the shop which was aided by it being a quiet morning. We were spoken to in a friendly and efficient manner and felt comfortable placing our order as we realise that the advice and help is part of the service. I prefer to buy a product in store when service has been given to help me make a decision. We were pushed toward a product that was deemed to be suitable for our needs but that product was indeed a quality product and I valued the advice given that led me to purchase that product. The staff had a good sales manner which resulted in me purchasing more than I had intended on entering the shop, but the products purchased are beneficial and it wad my choose to purchase the goods. There was no pressure to purchase at any point. Good service and quality products. Thank you

Knowledgeable and friendly staff without being to pushy

we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere the knowledge and helpfulness of the sales person, also the attention to our personal prefferences.

Chris was very helpful from the moment we walked through the door, gave us the time we needed to discuss the items and gave us clear precise information when asked questions. A good sense of humour and polite interaction from staff members always gives a feel good factor.

I was pleased there were different sizes of beds. It was all very satisfactory. My daughter is going to decorate my bedroom so I am hoping delivery will be when the room is ready .
