Salespeople asked if they could help when we arrived but did not keep pestering.she came across when we were ready.everything was explained and we lay on a computerise bed so she could tell us what suited. We were offered a drink while we placed our order.

On my entry to the store I was welcome with a smile and a cheery good morning, I have been in the store before and found all staff very polite and knowledgeable about the products.

I needed to buy two new beds. I received help in choosing a suitable bed for myself and a guest bed. I was shown a large array of beds at different prices and different options as far as colour and drawer space were concerned. I was given a cup of coffee and at all times received all the help I needed.

We were greeted warmly by Karen on entering the store. Karen showed us the items we wanted to view and explained the products thoroughly. When we were ready to order Karen showed us to her work station where she offered us a seat and drink. Karen took our order for this item and others we had been considering and offered advice when requested. The whole process was carried out very efficiently and we were advised of the delivery date for our bed and that we would be contacted by the furniture personal at a later date. We left highly satisfied with the service we had received from your Hereford store.

The system that matches you to a bed softness seemed like a gimmick at first, but every bed I was recommended were some of the best beds I have tried. I thought I would leave with the feeling I've just spent a lot of money on a mattress, and I could have spent half the price and felt the same way about it. I however left feeing satisfied that the amount I paid was justified by the quality of the product, backed up by the knowledge of the staff that worked in store and a combination of theirs and the system's recommendation of what would he comfortable for myself. While paying, I had my debit card out ready to pay, and when I was asked for it, it was gone!! It was such a surreal and strange experience, but the staff were very helpful in trying to look for it for me. It hasn't turned up just yet, so it may have been stolen, however the card was cancelled very quickly and a new one will be with me shortly, so I'm not worried and it does not affect me in the slightest.
