I loved the machine that matches you with the right type of mattress. The assistant was very friendly, professional and helpful. She also offered me a drink which was lovely. The bonus was that I had quite a tight budget and the mattress right for me came in on budget 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Our sales assistant Karen in the Hereford store was lovely! Informative but not over the top and let’s us take our time trying all the mattresses suited to us after using the machine that calculates our findings (which we thought was fantastic) Very happy and looking forward to receiving our order

I'm highly satisfied with dreams the assistant Chris came to us as we came through the door she was very knowledgeable about the bed we were looking for and also the bedding that we bought to go along with the bed

I went to the store to buy a cheap mattress for our guest room. Ther assistant showed me the range available and also the ex demo ones. There was no need for me to try any in the store. The price was great, the service was great the assistant was great.
