The lady knew when to stay with us and when to leave for us to talk

Was greeted by Sandy, who just couldnt have done any more to assist us. Made us coffee and tea, new her job,found exactly what we wanted and was extremely patiet and kind. Absolutely first class service!!!

i wanted to try the mattress before we purchased online as not local to the store. The staff were very helpful at the store and found us a similar make so we could try it. we went back home to check the availabilty we had for delivery dates and then rang the store direct and placed the order with them which was done at ease no issues

Karen from Hereford dreams store was very knowledgable as I had certain requirements and directed me to the perfect mattress to suit my son. She also showed me other products that would meet my needs further but I couldn't afford this at the time but she was great with demonstrating the product

From the moment I entered the "Dreams" store I was greeted by Sandra, she made the process of finding my ideal bed as smooth as possible by knowing the exact questions to ask. After just 10 minutes I had found what I was looking for. Would highly recommend shopping at Dreams
