Seen very quickly and shown a good range of beds that fitted my requirements

Karen was very helpful and attentive, listening and responding to what we were requesting as well as offering us refreshments. She also gave us space to talk between ourselves and respected the time we needed. It made for a very pleasant experience.

karen gave excellent help and was warm and welcoming. She knew her products well. and was willing to listen with understanding not very often found these days.

Bought a bed fithteen years ago replacing the mattresses products are outstanding

The assistant ,Chris , was very knowledgeable and helpful. The machine used to judge the type of bed I required was impressive.

All staff in the Hereford store were extremely helpful and very friendly. We had our 4 month old son who was reluctant to let us lie down on the beds but the staff were fantastic with him and keeping him occupied whilst we chose our mattress.

We had no intention of purchasing a new bed today (we were of course in the process of trying to find one we liked) hence this evenings visit. It was meant to be short and informative only! We had our Sainsburys shop in the car including fresh meat and chilled products which needed to be taken home! Sandra was the sole reason we decided to proceed with a purchase today.

Product knowledge was excellent (Emma and Sandra). Made myself, my Wife and Daughter (who the bed was for) feel very welcoming. Not 'pushy' either.

Very professional approach and friendly but knowledgeable staff member. Couldn't ask for more.
