My son has learning difficulties and we felt your sales people made him feel at ease and important, he especially liked the lying on the mattress analysing his body ,I think he thought he was a super hero .

Having purchased a fabulous Super King bed and mattress some years ago from Dreams in Hereford I knew exactly where to go for another bed. My son had a freak accident and in a wheel chair for the rest of his life as paralyzed from the waist down, so I have had to sell his bed as he kept catching his feet between the bottom rails. Due to the pain he still endures I needed a good quality mattress and being 6ft tall I needed a long king size bed for him to be able to sleep properly in comfort, plus a pillow to support his upper back and all bed linen. Sandy was more than helpful taking time to meet all these needs, as the trauma of his accident has caused great worry and distress to me and his brothers, so to be able to do anything like this to help him be comfortable is rewarding.

The assistant- Sandy- was very friendly, very informative and very helpful. I went in looking for a certain product that was on offer but thanks to her guidance, came away with a more suitable product albeit slightly more expensive.
