Assistant was knowledgable about product and what I wanted. I was offered tea or coffee and made to feel welcome and important to them, this is the 3rd bed/ mattress I have purchased from dreams and have always been happy with my purchase and treatment, hence why I always return to buy from you

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted as I had done my research on line. Emma respected that and told me about options I maybe interested in, but was not pushy at all and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

Our experience at Dreams felt like it was natural and warm. We did have an issue with credit which the staff handeled discreetly and with lots of knowledge on how to resolve; including their own experiences which eased me in such an embarrassing situation. We were greeted with smiles, refreshments and chocolate treats to cheer us up. We left with our pride and the bed of our dreams we can’t thank the dream team enough for making the process dreamy :) Thank you

Sandy. E (sales assistant) approached us when entering the store, she was very friendly, took interest in our requirements, took time to go through the 'buying a bed' experience and was able to find exactly what we wanted within our budget.

We were approached by a smiling well presented lady assistant.we explained what was wanted and immediately were shown the items. Found our assistant, Karen, knowledgeable and straightforward. Thanks to her the purchase was made.

Karen in your Hereford store was so helpful nothing was to much trouble, she made us at ease from the moment we walked through the door, nothing was pushed on us we were asked if we wonted a cup of tea or coffee,we were left to have a look round first, and then she joined us to explain all the beds we were intrested in she made our choice so much easy, hats off to your hreford dept.
